Frequently Asked Questions
When is payment due?
A £1,000 deposit is due upon acceptance to secure your spot. The remaining £2,000 is due 8 weeks before your placement start date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment details are provided in your acceptance email.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable up to 12 weeks before your start date. After that, it is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future placement date.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The £3,000 programme fee covers everything listed above. There are no additional or hidden charges from UKME.
Can I extend my placement?
Yes, additional weeks can be arranged subject to availability. Contact us for pricing on extended placements.
