1

Register

Register through our website to create your account and access the student portal.

  • Quick registration with your basic details
  • Instant access to the student portal
  • Browse all available programmes and hospitals
2

Browse & Apply

Once you have your login, you can apply directly to the programme you would like through the user portal. You will need a CV/Resume to get approved for an application.

  • Choose your preferred hospital, specialty, and dates

  • Upload your CV or resume with your application
3

Approval and Reservation

Once approved, a reservation fee will be required to reserve your placement.

  • Secure payment through the student portal
  • Your seat is reserved once payment is processed, pending proof of eligibility.
4

Submit Documents

After your reservation is paid, you submit a standard document bundle through the portal: CV, university enrolment letter, English language proficiency evidence, passport, police clearance, and immunisation records (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB screening). Some hospitals also require their own forms, which we route to you directly.
